Infes has signed two new contracts: one with „Vilniaus vystymo kompanija“, UAB, for the „Mamutų slėnis“ project in Vilnius, and the other with the Klaipėda City Municipality for the renovation of the Klaipėda City Outpatient Clinic building.

In Vilnius, Infes will develop a new public space across a 30-hectare area, bringing together nature, recreation, and exploration. The project includes pedestrian paths and stairs, viewing platforms, a pedestrian bridge, educational and recreational areas, as well as transport and other necessary infrastructure. The project solutions will adapt to the distinctive terrain of the Šeškinė slopes while preserving the area’s natural environment and habitats.

In Klaipėda, Infes will renovate the city outpatient clinic building, covering more than 11,000 sq. m, and construct a parking area. The aim is to create a more modern, convenient environment better adapted to the needs of patients and staff.
