EXÁNT, a company of Infes Group, is launching a new residential project, “Pratarmės,” at 3 J. Kairiūkščio Street in Visoriai. The development will comprise 47 apartments and two commercial units, located in one of Vilnius’ greenest neighbourhoods, surrounded by woodland, natural landscapes, and a peaceful residential setting.

“Pratarmės” will be the first apartment building constructed by “EXÁNT,” marking an important new chapter for the company. The name itself also carries symbolic significance. A “Pratarmė” is the introduction that precedes the main narrative, and in this case, it coincides with EXÁNT’s first step in developing apartment building projects.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026, with completion planned for Q4 2027.
