An important construction milestone has been reached in the IKI shopping center project in Noreikiškės, jointly implemented by Infes Group companies – the general contractor Infes and the real estate developer EXÁNT. A wreath has been raised at the site to symbolize that the building’s main structural elements have been successfully installed.

This project is the first to be delivered by Infes and EXÁNT as a unified team, which worked together on all aspects – from project development and design solutions to construction management and project execution. The wreath-raising ceremony marks not only the progress of construction but also the successful cooperation between the group’s companies. This project enabled them to combine different areas of expertise and create value for clients, partners, and local communities.

The shopping center being developed in Noreikiškės is designed with the needs of the rapidly growing community in mind.
