Infes Tech, part of Infes Group, has signed a three-year technical maintenance agreement with Lithuania’s electricity transmission system operator Litgrid. Under the 2025–2028 agreement, the company will carry out maintenance of water filtration, iron removal, and water softening systems at 10 facilities located in Kaunas, Alytus, Vilnius, Telšiai, Klaipėda, Utena, and Panevėžys Districts.

The maintained water treatment equipment operates at transformer substations. The facilities are located both near major cities and in regional areas, making the technical preparedness and the ability to organize work across different parts of the country essential for this agreement.

Regular maintenance includes equipment inspections and preventive work to maintain system performance within specified parameters and reduce the risk of unexpected disruptions.

Technical maintenance across different regions of Lithuania

Under the agreement, Infes Tech will carry out regular filter maintenance, technical servicing of control valves and aeration tanks, system performance monitoring, as well as programming and parameter checks. Operational reagents required for system use will also be replenished, while the consumable parts will be replaced as needed.

Regular technical maintenance helps maintain equipment condition, ensure necessary replacements are carried out on time, and guarantee that water filtration, iron removal, and water softening systems are consistently maintained throughout the contract period.
