Infes Group’s new office officially opened in early July. A symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the beginning of a new chapter for the group. Going forward, the teams from Infes Group, the general contractor Infes, and the real estate developer EXÁNT will work side by side at their new office at 19 Švitrigailos St. in Vilnius.

Although each company will continue to operate independently within its own area of expertise, the shared work environment will encourage faster knowledge exchange, cross-team collaboration, and more effective project delivery.

The new office also reflects the group’s core philosophy: Infes Group brings together distinct but complementary areas of expertise. By combining general contracting, real estate development, engineering, technology, and other specialist services, the group is able to deliver greater value to its clients and projects.
